Last week I went out to the beautiful green land of Bavaria where the sun hides when she’s not in London! But no, I didn’t go to find the sun- I went to shoot with the amazing Anna and Uwe Rose for Alterpic.com and my what fun was had! I spent several days there shooting and below I’ll give you some sneak previews of what we got up to- the full sets will be available on Alterpic.com soon enough! Lets just say there will be forced orgasms, head shaving, rubber bondage, beatings, mummification, suspension, cages and naturally, LOTS of heavy rubber!

London Festival of Japanese Rope Bondage

Last weekend it was the London Festival of Japanese Rope Bondage, held at The Resistance Gallery and organized by Garry Vanderhorne, Nawashi Murakawa and Bruce Esinem. It was a real privilege to be at this event and watch the amazing performances from phenomenal kinbaku artists from across the globe. I was particularly pleased to be able to see some of the traditional Japanese styles of tying done by the top Rope artists from Japan. The interplay between the rigger and the sub was beautiful to be privy to and the delicacy of the movements created and the shapes made by the ties were stunning. I also particularly enjoyed Nawashi Murakawa’s performance based around traditional shibari and following the narrative of The Yoshiwara of Hiogo as well as the above performance by Otonawa captured by Izaskun Gonzales. I really recommend this as a festival for art, fetish or rope enthusiasts. Friendly, intense and artful.

My own, brief account of what happened to me last night- I can not explain to full detail due to it being so recent.

Traveling to my Master’s I felt the tension running through me, the fear. I had dressed for Him as always and paid careful attention to my appearance to suit his tastes best. When I entered the dungeon I was immediately blindfolded and walked into the center of the room, I was stripped tenderly, I found this curious as usually things are extremely brutal from the word go- but I credited this to the fact that we had not seen each other for a month. He slapped my face several times, having me kiss his hand after wards in thanks. I stood still, legs spread as I heard him setting things up around me. I listened to the whir of the suspension rig and assumed I would be standing for what ever came next. I was then lead over to my place of punishment and the blindfold removed, there was a suspended ‘bed’ type structure in front of me with a leather sleepsack on the top. I was instructed into it and as He tightened it around me and then fastened it to the ‘bed’ it was on, I wondered what was in store, this was all a bit tame…
It was not until I heard him walk to the back where I knew the hose was that I clocked what was going on. We had spoke about waterboarding when we first met. I was terrified. Already fear was running through my body, lacing itself about my mind and as he came back to the room and lowered my head I was pure panic. I am sure- that already I was crying and begging, this was before he placed the towel over my face. From the moment the wet towel was on me I knew there was no escape. As the water poured over my face I beat my head from side to side and begged and begged. This was all still whilst I could breathe- now my world was white flannel and fear. As the water began to cover my airways I trashed and trashed , real terror, white and commanding. As I ran out of oxygen I panicked yet more, as the towel stayed on my face, sometimes he left me to shake it off others I was relieved to have it lifted from my face. I gasped for air greedily no time for any other thought. And too soon the towel was wrapped tightly around my face. More panic, this time I could not shake it off and as he slowly dripped the water over me I screamed, this time as the oxygen ran I bucked tremendously, lifting my shoulders off the bed. This continued for a long time. Words can not recount fully the fear I felt. There is an amazing powerlessness which comes from experiencing something like this in such an impersonal manner, through out this he spoke not a work to me and I did not see his face. All I knew was the towel, breathlessness and the moments of breath. That was my world. Once he was done my sight was removed once more and I lay in the blackness.
